Plastic Surgery
Andrew J. Matthews is board certified in both plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as general surgery. He is licensed by the California Medical Board and the New York State Medical Board. After graduating from the University California School of Medicine in San Francisco, he completed his general surgery residency at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinic. Dr. Matthews then completed a second residency in plastic surgery at New York University. Dr. Matthews finished his 11 years of post-medical school training by completing the prestigious aesthetic surgery fellowship at Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital under the tutelage of some of the best and most well-known plastic surgeons in the world. Dr. Matthews has specialized training and experience in breast augmentation and other breast cosmetic procedures. He is skilled and adept in his field in performing minimal scarring techniques with cosmetic surgery procedures.
